Christmas Lights

My oldest daughter is here for a quick visit.
She just brought her 3 year old with her.

We went to see some lights in Draper Park.
This was named 'The Tree Of Life';

It was a nice little outing.
We have been hanging around my husbands hospital room since Sunday night.

Bloods Lake In October

We walked over to Bloods lake.
We found this cute raft that somebody made:

Just me again:

Joe is on a little Island.
You have to walk across a log to get on it.
I went out on it too.

Joe is a little faster than me going up trails.
We are heading back now:

Lower in the canyon we stopped to see the last of the yellow leaves:

Soon we may be getting out the snowshoes.

Fall

Fall is here.
We went on a Saturday morning stroll.
This was partly to make up for the fact that our anniversary got rained out.
We traditionally head for the mountains on that day.

First we walked among the pine trees:

Later we took a short trail over to Bloods lake:

Maybe next weekend we will pack a lunch and sit by the lake for awhile.
