Aaron and Sarah went in together to buy these electronic dance pads. They choose the music and level of difficulty. Then they do their best to make their feet match the arrows on the screen.
I gave it a try at the beginner level. My first run through was pretty pathetic, but then I caught on. It's sure good exercise!
I need to learn how to make and post videos with my new camera that I got for Christmas. Until then I hope you can get the idea from still pictures.

I tried it and was DQ'd after 30 seconds, Lesa is light on her feet and so coordinated, I am humbled! Dance fever, catch it!!
