Sledding 2009

Today we went to a little park near the house and my grand daughter, Emma, went sledding. This was her second time to sled in her short life. She lives in Arizona, but comes to visit her grandma and grandpa, here in Utah.
The first time she went sledding was two years ago. She only went down once, because she was only 22 months old then (according to her mom).
This time, however, she really got into it.
It was really fun to watch her fly down the hill. She was fearless and she clearly had a great time.

This is just the best video ever!

This was really "COOL", so much fun! The sun shading makes it look like a Courier and Ives Christmas card. I hope that the next time I can go too.

I was so proud of Emma and her sledding skills. She was fearless going down the big hill and loved it so much! And she did so well carrying the sled back up the hill over and over by herself.

Hope you don't mind me checking out your Great family time in the snow! What fun! And your little granddaughter is a real dare devil!
Most little children would have been screaming their heads off! These cute little Arizonians will love seeing these cold winter pictures this summer! So glad you all can enjoy time together.
Love
