New Office Location

This nice looking building is our new business location. The current economy has our little company moving out of the glass towers. The cost to be there has been $6000. a month, which is fine in a healthy business atmosphere. As it is, this new situation makes more sense for us now. It's a mere $ 500. a month.
The sad part is that many good employees (9?) have had to seek work elsewhere. It feels like we're almost back to square one. A person just has to be grateful for what they do have. At least we are still employed and able to meet our living expenses.
Before we settle in we probably need to go wash some scuff marks off the walls and do some touch up paint. For such a good price we had to take it as is.
The building itself is nice and we have a dentist right across the hall from us.
My husband and his boss have big windows in their offices, but one poor fellow will be in a windowless room that resembles a large walk in closet. Then there are a couple more small rooms. One will be for storage and the other a lunch room. A girl will be at a desk near the front door, so she'll be in a good position to greet people.
So, this will be an interesting new challenge and adventure. We're not new to that. It's good for us, right? I'm okay with challenge, as long as we're still in the game.
I hope that everyone out there get's through this lovely recession without to much hardship.
Good luck to us all.

It looks like a really nice building - I'm glad you got such a great deal on the office space! Good luck with the new transition... it sounds like it's a good decision.
