Summer Fun

Today has been a good summer day with family. This morning I walked in City Creek Canyon with mom and dad, my daughters and three grandkids. It was a big deal because Mom has about 6 pins in her foot. She really walked a good distance. Way to go mom!

After our walk, mom and dad took all of us to McDonalds. Sarah, Mom and I had salads that were quite good. Everyone else had hamburgers and fries. It was a nice outing.

Later in the day Sarah went to work and I went with Susan and the kids to my brothers home in Millcreek. Bradly has built a really fun water slide in his yard for the kids.

Here's my grandson; Jacob (He's almost 18 months old):

Emma (My grand daughter, age 5):

Wheee!

Cute girl:

The kids climbed up this lower plank to start their slide down:

My other grand daughter, Rebecca (Becca), just started from the top of the plastic (She's 3):

Way to go Brad!! He's a fun dad (and brother):

Finally, everyone sat in the sun to dry out and eat popsicles. Brad and Stacy have a very child friendly home and it was almost hard to get the kids to leave there:

Thanks Brad and Stacy for letting us play in your yard. Thanks Mom and Dad for the walk and for lunch.
