The Leonardo Da Vinci Exhibit

This evening I went with Joe and two of my kids to the Da Vinci exhibit.
Our tickets included dinner.

Some things I learned about Leonardo Da Vinci:
He was a painter, sculptor, architect, scientist, inventor, engineer, anatomist, and writer, among many other things.  He lived in the 1400's.

Looking at a model of a city with a sewer system:

We watched a short video about the Last Supper painting:

Mona Lisa:

Anatomy sketches:

Upstairs was something like a Childrens Museum. Except there were only adults there to play with everything.

Virtual painting:

Making movies:

Stuff to play with:

And much more...

We were a little bummed when they turned on the lights at 10pm and we had to leave. I think there are more exhibits on other floors that we missed.

"Mummies of the World" openes next month! See all the exhibits here http://www.theleonardo.org/exhibits
