Big Applesauce Project

It's Fall canning time again.
Step 1: Pick apples off my dads trees on Saturday.
Step two: Get busy canning on Monday morning.
Step three: Take pictures

There are 31 pint jars, and 2 quart jars:




For lunch I had one apple and one bowl of applesauce.

Wow Lesa! That is awesome!! Your folks tree certainly produces delicious apples. I love those HUGE ones! They are such a unique apple! I'd love to plant one in my yard! CONGRATULATIONS on preserving such yummy produce!! You'll love it this winter!!
