Narrow Canyon

There is a park on Wasatch Blvd. about 10 minutes from the house.
It has access to Bonneville Shoreline trail. From the trail we can enter a rocky and narrow canyon.


These pictures show some of the canyon.

A huge boulder sticks out over the trail.
There's a nice drop off behind you:

An obstruction in the trail to climb over:

We came to what seemed like a dead end.
From there we were able to climb a little higher.

I found a big walking stick to help me back down.
There is a little water coming over a spillway.

Next we walked along Bonneville Shoreline Trail.
Good view of the valley.

Oh look,  another canyon to explore!

So, our new season of walks and hikes is underway.
