Also, 3 year old Jacob needed a nap, since we had kept him so busy yesterday.
I was so surprised when my washing machine shook loose from it's drain pipe and the water started a mad rush across the floor into my kitchen!
The washers problem was a very simple fix (thank goodness).
So, to sum up my day: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, entertaining, a sick baby and a little washing machine disaster.
Emma and Becca planted Petunias for me.
Then they took turns watering:
Their grandpa is still at work, but he is taking kids to the park this evening, while I stick around the house with the baby.

oh, i love these pics of the girls... they are so cute. :) You are such a fun grandma. We don't have any sort of garden at home, so this is a great experience for them to help out with the flowers. :)
